Howard Cole was founded in 2020 by Jamie Lewis and Mark Chadwick. Jamie and Mark have worked together for over 30 years. They are experienced chartered town planners with a knowledge drawn from a wide range of planning matters gained within both the public and private sectors. Both have a reputation for offering practical solutions that are efficient and effective.

As well as being Corporate Members of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Jamie and Mark are both members of the Town and Country Planning Association and are firm advocates of the TCPA’s principles and its values of being inclusive, collaborative, practical, creative, and bold.
